Gloven Funding is a loan broker, not a lender. We help business owners identify and access funding options through a network of unaffiliated third-party lenders and funding providers. This Privacy Policy describes our own data practices; it does not describe the privacy practices of the third-party lenders and funding providers we work with, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use the Site, submit a prequalification form, or complete a financing application, including:

An initial prequalification inquiry may be completed without a hard credit inquiry; a lender or funding provider may require additional credit authorization during underwriting.

- Third-party lenders and funding providers — so that they can evaluate your financing request. Submitting an inquiry or application authorizes us to share your information with the unaffiliated lenders and funding providers in our network for this purpose.
- Service providers and processors that support our business operations, including our customer relationship management (CRM) and form-processing provider (GoHighLevel), website hosting and security infrastructure (including Cloudflare), and other vendors who process information on our behalf.
- Affiliated Glovenco LLC entities, for internal business purposes.
- Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gloven Funding, our users, or others.
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
